Welcome to the first official B2B Broadcast Team Blog!

This blog was created to give us an opportunity to use one of the major "new media" tools that we'll be highlighting during the broadcast.

The main purpose of the blog will be to offer a complementary vehicle for communication in our collaborative efforts to make the "From Brochure to Blog" Broadcast an undeniable success!

Immunization coalition blog

Hi all,

The Immunization Coalition folks have a blog on their national website. This would be a great one to feature on the resources for the B2B website: http://izta.blogspot.com/ It's a way to connect with IZ peers for California IZ Coordinators.

I'm wondering if we should jump on this blog to share IZ coordinator stories, ideas, etc. for our broadcast (as opposed to creating our own dedicated blog).

I checked out that blog. There are some very thoughtful posts. Should we use that blog for testing out stories and ideas, but keep our blog for things that are specific to our effort?
I see one similarity between the blogs: both have good posts but not a lot of comments. The comments are what make a blog almost interactive; just "publishing" things is Web 1.0 and not as useful as when you have the feedback (and the discussion shifts according to the feedback).

Yes, I'm thinking that we can use their blog to bounce ideas, stories and concepts. I'll try posting on their blog.

FYI - Tammy and I created a new IZ Coordinator Blog, for IZ coordinators to give us insight, feedback and ideas for the B2B Broadcast. It is still in the initial development stage, and we're looking to launch it by the new year. To check it out, go to:
